Do I need to know accounting to use LedgerRoom?

No. There is no chart of accounts to design, no journal entries and no debits and credits. You type what came in and what went out, in the categories your business already uses.

Can my staff use it without seeing everything?

Yes. Staff accounts are limited to the properties you assign them. Managers see the whole ledger but cannot change who has access, and only the owner can close a day or invite someone.

What happens if nobody closes the day?

LedgerRoom closes it automatically when the next day begins, so the record is never left half written. You can reopen a closed day if something was entered wrongly.

Which languages does LedgerRoom support?

English, Bahasa Melayu, Chinese and Tamil — including the ledger line names themselves, not only the buttons.

How much does LedgerRoom cost?
